>Psychology of Suicide

I recently been reading a very interesting paper about the psטcology of suicide. Its written by an ex-economist turned into psicologist. The provoking paper analizes depressive people and ask question such as: “How much euros would you pay for doing a rafting or parachutte jumping” – The paper then links the euro amounts to the depression levels. They found out a curve that characterizes marginal consumption propension (mcp) to depresion level. So basically it says that when your mcp is negative you are most likely a depressed patient. And that a way to cure depression is to try to increase the mcp levels back to normal. How? thats another article.
