We are a company that conduct surveys and evaluate other companies.
We get hired to go to other peoples companies and act like customers
in order to know how the staffs are handling their services in
relation to their customers. once we have a contract to do, so you
would be directed to the company or outlet, and you would be given the
funds you need to do the job(either purchase things or require
services), after which you would write a comment on the staffs
activities and give a detailed record of your experience.

What is Mystery Shopping
It is a service that businesses use to measure the quality of service
provided by their staff. Businesses subsequently use this information
to improve their service through training.

What is involved
Your role will be to visit shops, cafes and other service environments
posing as a real customer, experience the service offered by the staff
and complete a questionnaire that we provide to report on that service

Do I go in disguise
No, most real shoppers dress as they wish but we may recommend a dress
code for specific outlets, e.g. your presentation at a Builder’s
Merchant should be different from visiting a high profile Department

What talents do I need
There are no specific educational qualifications but you must be
confident, accurate, reliable, calm and have an excellent memory!

Do I get paid
Yes! Payment is per assignment and payments vary according to the
complexity of the visit. Your status is that of short term contractor
and as such, you have the right to accept or refuse assignments.

Am I under contract
No. You are under no obligation to accept any individual assignment
we may offer you and we do not promise to award you specific
quantities of assignments. However, when you do accept an assignment,
we expect shoppers to faithfully carry out that assignment under
the terms in which it is issued.

Is it a difficult job
Not at all. However, you MUST read the briefs carefully then follow
each instruction precisely. These reports are used in the store you
have visited so your report has to be truthful and accurate

Examples of details you would forward to us are
1) How long it took you to get services.
2) Smartness of the attendant
3)Customer service professionalism
4)Sometimes you might be required to upset the attendant, to see how
they react to clients when they get tensed(under pressure).
5)Poor services

And we turn the information over to the company executives and they
would carry out their own duties in improving there services.Most
companies employ our assistance when people give complaints about
their services, or when they feel there are needs for them to improve
their customer service. Your Identity would be kept confidential as
the job states (secret shopper) you would be paid $200 for every
survey you carry out, and bonus on your transportation allowance, and
funds would be given to you if you have to dine as part of the

Your job will be to evaluate and comment on customer service in a
wide variety of shops, stores, restaurant and services in your area.No
commitment is made on this job, and you would have flexible hours as
